DEFERRED REVENUE	8. DEFERRED REVENUE Deferred revenue of $7,130 and $5,715 as of March 31, 2014 and December 31, 2013, respectively, consists of customer payments received for which the revenue recognition criteria have not yet been met. The Company has significantly fulfilled its obligations under the contracts and the customers have paid, but due to the Company’s continuing involvement with the material, revenue is precluded from being recognized until title passes to the customer.
