DEFERRED REVENUE	9. DEFERRED REVENUE Deferred revenue consists of customer payments received for which the sales process has been substantially completed but the right to recognize revenue has not yet been met. The Company has significantly fulfilled its obligations under the contract and the customer has paid, but due to the Company's continuing involvement with the material, revenue is precluded from being recognized until the customer takes possession.
