The Joint Proxy Statement is directed to shareholders of Touchstone Ohio Tax-Free Money Market Fund and Touchstone Tax-Free Money Market Fund (each, a “Fund”), each a series of the Registrant, in connection with a combined special meeting of shareholders (the “Special Meeting”).
