On October 24, 2008, Liz Claiborne, Inc., a Delaware corporation (the “Company”), issued a press release (the “Press Release”) announcing its estimated results and estimated adjusted results for the three and nine months ended October 4, 2008 and its revised full year 2008 adjusted guidance.
