Ferro Schedules Conference Call for
2009 Third-Quarter Results

CLEVELAND, Ohio – October 23, 2009 – Ferro Corporation (NYSE: FOE) announced today that it will conduct a conference call on Tuesday, October 27, at 10:00 a.m. Eastern Time to discuss financial results for the three months ended September 30, 2009 and factors that are expected to affect the Company’s future performance. Participants from Ferro will include Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer James Kirsch, Vice President and Chief Financial Officer Sallie Bailey and Director of Investor Relations David Longfellow.
