Note G - Subsequent Event	Note G – Subsequent Event Subsequent to September 30, 2012, the Partnership distributed approximately $5,919,000 (approximately $5,868,000 to the limited partners or $45.26 per limited partnership unit) from proceeds from the sale of Woods of Inverness Apartments and the capital contributions from the General Partners pursuant to their deficit restoration obligations.
