Special Dividends	Note 11—Special Dividends In November 2012 the Board of Directors declared a special cash dividend of $0.75 per share on the Company’s common stock. The dividend was paid in December 2012. The aggregate dividend payment totaled approximately $17.8 million. In November 2011 the Board of Directors declared a special cash dividend of $0.75 per share on the Company’s common stock. The dividend was paid in January 2012. The aggregate dividend payment totaled approximately $17.5 million.
