Epoch Announces Move to NASDAQ Global Select Market

NEW YORK—(BUSINESS WIRE)—December 18, 2009—Epoch Holding Corporation ("Epoch" or the "Company") (Nasdaq: EPHC), a leading investment manager and investment adviser, today announced that it has received approval to move its stock exchange listing to the NASDAQ Global Select Market from the NASDAQ Capital Market, effective December 21, 2009.

Epoch stock will continue to trade under the “EPHC” ticker symbol after the move.
