Epoch Appointed as Sub-Advisor to Six MainStay Funds
 
 
NEW YORK—June 29, 2009 – Epoch Investment Partners, Inc. ("Epoch" or the "Company"), a leading investment manager and investment adviser and the sole operating subsidiary of Epoch Holding Corporation (Nasdaq: EPHC), today announced that it has been appointed a sub-advisor to The MainStay Funds family of mutual funds.  Epoch will sub-advise approximately $1.1 billion of assets in six existing portfolios which are managed by New York Life Investment Management LLC.
