Directors not Standing for Reelection

On April 16, 2015, it was determined that Peter Fraser and Allan Routh, directors of SunOpta Inc. (the “Company”), would not be standing for reelection to the Company’s Board of Directors at the 2015 Annual Meeting of Shareholders, which will be held on May 28, 2015. Neither director’s reason not to stand for reelection was the result of any disagreement between the director and the Company.
