CASH DIVIDENDS On February 24, 2022, the Company’s Board of Directors declared a regular quarterly dividend of $0.04 per common share payable on March 25, 2022 to all shareholders of record on March 10, 2022. There were 9,509,799 shares of common stock outstanding on March 10, 2022; therefore, dividends aggregating $380,392 were paid on March 25, 2022. On February 25, 2021, the Company’s Board of Directors declared a regular quarterly dividend of $0.03 per common share payable on March 25, 2021 to all shareholders of record on March 11, 2021. There were 9,481,799 shares of common stock outstanding on March 11, 2021; therefore, dividends aggregating $284,454 were paid on March 25, 2021.
