11.  SECURITIES AUTHORIZED FOR ISSUANCE UNDER EQUITY COMPENSATION PLANS

 No stock compensation expense was incurred during the three months ended March 31, 2019 and 2018, and at March 31, 2019, there was no unrecognized compensation expense related to stock options.  

No stock awards were issued during the three months ended March 31, 2019 and 2018.

In 2010, the Company granted, under its 2018 Non-Qualified Stock Option Plan, stock options to purchase 20,000 shares of its common stock at an exercise price per share of $2.07. The stock options expire on April 25, 2020.
