Subsequent Events	Note 9 - Subsequent Events Pursuant to Financial Accounting Standards Board Accounting Standards Codification 855-10, we have evaluated all events or transactions that occurred from July 1, 2011 through the filing with the SEC. On August 3, 2011 the board granted 145,000 stock options to various employees at a price of $0.10 per share vesting over three years.
