Net Loss on Early Extinguishment of Debt In the first quarter of 2010, we acquired through the open market, $27,500,000 of our Kings Plaza debt for $28,738,000 in cash, which resulted in a net loss of $1,238,000. This debt was fully repaid at maturity upon refinancing of the property in June 2011.
