Alexander Aparment Tower [Text Block]	3. The Alexander Apartment Tower The Alexander apartment tower, located above our Rego Park II shopping center, contains 312 units aggregating 255,000 square feet. The building is in lease up and we expect to reach stabilized occupancy in 2017.
