3.       Recently Issued Accounting Literature

In February 2013, the Financial Accounting Standards Board issued Update No. 2013-02,Reporting of Amounts Reclassified Out of Accumulated Other Comprehensive Income (“ASU No. 2013-02”).  ASU No. 2013-02requires additional disclosuresregarding significant reclassifications out of each component of accumulated other comprehensive income, including the effect on the respective line items of net income for amounts that are required to be reclassified into net income in their entirety and cross-references to other disclosures providing additional information for amounts that are not required to be reclassified into net income in their entirety. The adoption of this update as ofJanuary 1, 2013, did not have any impact on our consolidated financial statements.
