SUBSEQUENT EVENTS	SUBSEQUENT EVENTS On January 12, 2017, we exercised our purchase option on non-controlling interests in San Antonio Center for $2.6 million of cash and 44,195 of downREIT operating partnership units. On February 1, 2017, we acquired a leasehold interest in Hastings Ranch Plaza, a 274,000 square foot shopping center in Pasadena, California for $29.5 million.
