On April 11, 2016, James M. Taylor, Jr., the Trust’s Executive Vice President-Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer, resigned his position effective May 19, 2016 in order to assume the position of Chief Executive Officer and President of Brixmor Property Group Inc. in New York.
