SUBSEQUENT EVENTS	NOTE 10. SUBSEQUENT EVENTS The Company has evaluated subsequent events through August 14, 2023, the date on which the unaudited condensed consolidated financial statements were available to be issued. Based upon this evaluation, management has determined that no material subsequent events have occurred that would require recognition in or disclosures in the accompanying unaudited condensed consolidated financial statements, except as follows: On July 21, 2023, MMG filed a petition for attorneys’ fees, as requested by the Arbitrator. The Arbitrator set the following remaining schedule for submitting petitions for attorneys’ fees: Vivos Holdings, LLC response on August 21, 2023 and our reply on September 6, 2023.

The entire disclosure for significant events or transactions that occurred after the balance sheet date through the date the financial statements were issued or the date the financial statements were available to be issued. Examples include: the sale of a capital stock issue, purchase of a business, settlement of litigation, catastrophic loss, significant foreign exchange rate changes, loans to insiders or affiliates, and transactions not in the ordinary course of business.
