EMPLOYEE COMMUNICATION
Jo-Ann Team Members:
The materials for our Annual Meeting of Shareholders have been distributed. We have “gone green” again this year by providing our proxy voting materials online rather than mailing hard copies. If you own Jo-Ann stock, including shares held in our 401(k) plan, shares acquired through our Associate Stock Ownership Plan and/or restricted shares that are vested or unvested, you will receive one or more “Notice & Access” cards in the mail. The cards provide information on how you may view our proxy, Annual Report (Form 10-K), and Shareholder Letter online, and then vote your shares either online or via telephone. The cards also describe how you may request hard copies of the materials and vote via mail if you prefer.
I strongly urge you to review the materials and vote your shares.
Thank you,
Darrell
