As previously disclosed, effective July 15, 2010, James J. Ferris Ph.D became a director of Dynamic Materials Corporation (the “Company”).  On October 26, 2010, the Board of Directors of the Company appointed Dr. Ferris to serve as a member of both the Compensation Committee and the Audit Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company.
