SUBSEQUENT EVENTS	SUBSEQUENT EVENTS After September 30, 2015, we took additional measures as part of our continuing efforts to control costs in a challenging market. We implemented a reduced work week at the NobelClad facility in Mt. Braddock, Pennsylvania. In DynaEnergetics we implemented a short work week in Troisdorf, Germany, eliminated a production shift at the facility in Blum, Texas and closed another U.S. distribution center. On October 20, 2015, we announced a reduction in force ("RIF") affecting 12 employees at DynaEnergetics' corporate offices in Troisdorf, Germany. We expect the RIF will be completed by December 2015. We anticipate restructuring expenses of up to $500 in the fourth quarter of 2015.
