BASIS OF PRESENTATION	BASIS OF PRESENTATION The information included in the condensed consolidated financial statements is unaudited but includes all normal and recurring adjustments which, in the opinion of management, are necessary for a fair presentation of the interim periods presented. These condensed consolidated financial statements should be read in conjunction with the financial statements that are included in our Annual Report filed on Form 10-K for the year ended December 31, 2013. On October 1, 2014 DMC completed the sale of its AMK Technical Services ("AMK") business (See Footnote 10 Subsequent Events). The operating results of AMK have been classified as discontinued operations in all periods presented.
