On July 22, 2024, Kingstone Companies, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing that it issued a letter to its stockholders regarding changes in the Company’s market opportunity (the “Press Release”).  A copy of the Press Release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 hereto.
