Item 2.02. Result of Operations and Financial Condition.

On February 7, 2024, Kingstone Companies, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing estimated catastrophe losses for the fourth quarter of 2023.  A copy of the press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 hereto (the “Press Release”).
