Nature of operations	Note 1. Nature of operations Espey Mfg. & Electronics Corp. (the Company) is a manufacturer of electronic equipment used primarily in military and industrial applications. The principal markets for the Company’s products are companies that provide electronic support to both military and industrial applications.
