The total amount of the dividend was approximately $2.1 million and was charged against retained earnings. The total amount of the dividend was approximately $2.1 million and was charged against retained earnings. On March 20, 2023, the Company paid a quarterly dividend of $0.15 per common share to all shareholders of record on March 13, 2023.
