Item 2.02 Results of Operations and Financial Condition.
 
On April 14, 2022, Escalade, Incorporated ("Escalade") issued the press release attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 announcing financial information regarding Escalade's first quarter results for 2022.

On April 14, 2022, the Board of Directors of Escalade announced that a quarterly dividend of fifteen cents $0.15 per share would be paid to all shareholders of record on May 31, 2022 and disbursed on June 7, 2022.
