16. Related Party Transactions

The Company leases a facility and sells product to an entity controlled by a member of the Board. The total right-of-use asset and related lease liability as of May 31, 2024 was $0.3 million and $0.3 million, respectively. The total right-of-use asset and related lease liability as of May 31, 2023 was $0.7 million and $0.7 million, respectively. During the three months ended May 31, 2024, total lease payments and sales made to the related party were approximately $0.1 million and $0.7 million, respectively. During the three months ended May 31, 2023, total lease payments and sales made to the related party were approximately $0.1 million and $0.8 million, respectively.
