15. Related Party Transactions

The Company leases a facility and sells product to an entity controlled by a member of the Board. The total right-of-use asset and related lease liability as of August 31, 2023 was $0.5 million and $0.6 million, respectively. The total right-of-use asset and related lease liability as of August 31, 2022 was $0.9 million and $1.0 million, respectively. During the six months ended August 31, 2023, total lease payments and sales made to the related party were approximately $0.2 million and $1.6 million, respectively. During the six months ended August 31, 2022, total lease payments and sales made to the related party were approximately $0.2 million and $1.9 million, respectively.
