Item 2.02. Results of Operations and Financial Condition.

 

On April 19, 2006, the Registrant issued a press release announcing its preliminary financial results for its third quarter of fiscal 2006 ended March 31, 2006. The Registrant plans to release its full results for its third quarter of fiscal 2006 on Wednesday, April 26, 2006, after the close of the market, and will conduct a conference call to discuss these results on Thursday, April 27, 2006 at 10 a.m. EDT.
