Short Term Investments	NOTE 7 — SHORT TERM INVESTMENTS At June 30, 2019 and March 31, 2019, the Company held short term investments totaling $28.6 million and $28.4 million, respectively. These investments were comprised of bank certificates of deposit, which bear an interest rate of approximately 2.85% and will mature in September 2019.
