Short Term Investments	NOTE 7 — SHORT TERM INVESTMENTS At December 31, 2018 and March 31, 2018, the Company held short term investments totaling $14.0 million and $16.0 million, respectively. These investments were comprised of bank certificates of deposit, which bear an interest rate of approximately 3.15% and will mature in February 2019.
