NOTE 8 — SHORT TERM INVESTMENTS:

At both  March 31, 2023 and March 31, 2022, the Company held short-term investments in deposits totaling nil. The Company held $23.1 million in term deposits which were classified as cash equivalents as of March 31, 2023 and $22.0 million in term deposits classified as cash equivalents as of March 31, 2022. As of March 31, 2023 and March 31, 2022, the Company's term deposits had maturity dates of 90 days or less.
