Investment [Text Block]	NOTE 7 — SHORT TERM INVESTMENTS At both December 31, 2022 and March 31, 2022, the Company held short term investments in deposits totaling nil. The Company held $25.5 million in deposits which were classified as cash equivalents as of December 31, 2022 and $22.0 million of such deposits as of March 31, 2022.
