SHORT TERM INVESTMENTS	NOTE 12 — SHORT TERM INVESTMENTS During the three months ended September 30, 2012, the Company invested $25.0 million in certificates of deposit with durations in excess of three months. $5.0 million of the certificates mature on December 31, 2012 and $20.0 million of the certificates mature on February 19, 2013.
