Subsequent Events	Subsequent Events On March 4, 2015, our Board of Directors declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.20 per common share. The dividend will be paid on April 10, 2015 to shareholders of record as of March 20, 2015. On March 3, 2015, we issued a press release announcing that our Authorized Technology Partner agreement with Keysight Technologies, Inc., formerly a unit of Agilent Technologies Inc., will not be renewed after its May 31, 2015 expiration date.
