Item 2.02 Results of Operations and Financial Condition.

On November 2, 2017, Enservco Corporation (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing the release date for its third quarter financial results, and providing the time, date and access information for the conference call and webcast the Company’s management will host to discuss the quarter and subsequent operational developments. A copy of the press release is furnished herewith as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.

Earnings Release and Conference Call

DENVER, CO – November 2, 2017 – ENSERVCO Corporation (NYSE American: ENSV), a diversified national provider of specialized well-site services to the domestic onshore conventional and unconventional oil and gas industries, today announced it will release its third quarter financial results on Tuesday, November 14, 2017. Following the release, management will host a conference call and simultaneous webcast to discuss the quarter and subsequent operational developments.

The conference call will begin at 11:00 a.m. Mountain Time (1:00 p.m. Eastern) and will be accessible by dialing 877-407-8031 (201-689-8031 for international callers). No passcode is necessary.
