TRANSACTIONS WITH RELATED PARTIES	TRANSACTIONS WITH RELATED PARTIES Board of Director Relationships A member of our board of directors is the Executive Vice President, General Counsel and Chief Administrative Officer of Anadarko Petroleum Corporation (“Anadarko”), which is one of our customers. Sales to Anadarko were approximately $2.3 million and $8.1 million for the three months ended September 30, 2015 and 2014, respectively, and $10.1 million and $26.2 million for the nine months ended September 30, 2015 and 2014, respectively. Receivables outstanding from Anadarko were approximately $0.9 million and $2.9 million as of September 30, 2015 and December 31, 2014, respectively. Transactions with Anadarko for our services are made on terms consistent with other customers.
