Note 6 - Subsequent Event	Note 6 - Subsequent Event The Partnership’s management evaluated subsequent events through the time this Quarterly Report on Form 10-Q was filed. Marina Del Rey received $60,000 as a settlement for the default of the purchase and sale contract. (Note 2)
