RELATED PARTY TRANSACTIONS	RELATED PARTY TRANSACTIONS Alvarez & Marsal provided certain consulting services to the Company in connection with our former Interim Chief Financial Officer position and other corporate support costs. Effective June 12, 2022 the Interim Chief Financial Officer position ended as the Company named a permanent Chief Financial Officer prior to end of the period ended June 30, 2022. The Company paid $8.0 million in fees to Alvarez & Marsal for the year ended December 31, 2021, and $6.0 million for the year to date period ended June 30, 2022. In connection with the Company’s debt transactions, the Company engaged in transactions with Corre and Atlantic Park to provide funding as described in Note 11 - Debt.
