Note 15: Related Party Transactions	15) Related Party Transactions The Company’s Board of Directors has a written procedure, which requires disclosure to the Board of any material interest or any affiliation on the part of any of its officers, directors or employees that is in conflict or may be in conflict with the interests of the Company. The Company and its Board of Directors is unaware of any related party transactions that require disclosure as of December 31, 2016.

The entire disclosure for related party transactions. Examples of related party transactions include transactions between (a) a parent company and its subsidiary; (b) subsidiaries of a common parent; (c) and entity and its principal owners; and (d) affiliates.
