On November 16, 2010, John A. Roush, PerkinElmer, Inc.’s Senior Vice President and President, Environmental Health, announced his resignation. Mr. Roush intends to depart prior to December 31, 2010 to join GSI Group Inc., a supplier of precision technology, as Chief Executive Officer.
