On February 26, 2008, Tellabs, Inc. filed its Form 10-K for the fiscal year ended December 28, 2007, which reflected on the cover page an incorrect number of shares outstanding as of February 15, 2008. As of February 15, 2008, there were 404,453,833 shares of Tellabs, Inc. common stock outstanding.
