Tellabs completes the acquisition of Vivace Networks.

On June 18, 2003, Tellabs, Inc. ("Tellabs") announced the completion of the $135 million acquisition of Vivace Networks. Further details are contained in the press release of Tellabs, Inc., dated June 18, 2003, attached hereto as Exhibit 99 and incorporated herein by reference.
