Thomas Meaney, the Company’s president and member of the Company’s board of directors, also serves as a director of Ocean Power Technologies, Inc. For the three months ended September 30, 2011 and 2010, the Company recognized revenues of $6,884 and $62,567, respectively, in connection with the subcontracting agreement with Ocean Power Technologies, Inc. For the nine months ended September 30, 2011 and 2010, the Company recognized revenues of $115,861 and $213,056, respectively.
