Deferred Revenue Disclosure [Text Block]	Note 10 – DEFERRED REVENUES The Company’s UBAM division receives payments on orders in advance of shipment. Any payments received prior to the end of the period that were not shipped as of May 31, 2021 or February 28, 2021 are recorded as deferred revenues on the condensed balance sheets. We received approximately $1,627,000 and $1,914,100 as of May 31, 2021 and February 28, 2021, respectively, in payments for sales orders which were shipped out subsequent to the end of the period. Orders that were included in deferred revenues predominantly shipped within the first few days of the next fiscal period.

The entire disclosure for deferred revenues at the end of the reporting period, and description and amounts of significant changes that occurred during the reporting period. Deferred revenue is a liability as of the balance sheet date related to a revenue producing activity for which revenue has not yet been recognized. Generally, an entity records deferred revenue when it receives consideration from a customer before achieving certain criteria that must be met for revenue to be recognized in conformity with GAAP.
