Dividends	Dividends On May 22, 2014, our board of directors approved a cash dividend of $0.05 per share for the second quarter of 2014. The total cash dividend was $13.6 million, of which $13.5 million was paid on June 16, 2014 to holders of record as of June 2, 2014 and the remainder was accrued to be paid to holders of restricted shares upon vesting. Total dividends paid to our shareholders for the six months ended June 30, 2014 were $27.1 million. The declaration of any future dividends, as well as the establishment of record and payment dates, is subject to the review and approval of our board of directors. Furthermore, any future declaration of dividends is subject to limitations under the EXCO Resources Credit Agreement, the indenture governing the 2018 Notes and the indenture governing the 2022 Notes.
