RELATED PARTY TRANSACTION	NOTE 10 - RELATED PARTY TRANSACTION In October 2020, the Company’s Board of Directors appointed Michael Flum to serve as President and Chief Operating Officer. Previously, he was serving as Senior Vice President and Chief Operating Officer effective October 2019 and had served as Vice President of Operations & Alternative Data since June 2018. Mr. Flum is the son of Jerome Flum, the Company’s Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of the Board of Directors, and the brother of Joshua Flum, a Director of the Company.
