Income Taxes	Income Taxes The effective tax rate on net income was 16.4% and 17.5% for the three and six months ended June 30, 2016, respectively. The effective tax rate on net income was 12.2% and 16.8% for the three and six months ended June 30, 2015, respectively. The effective tax rate in the second quarter of 2016 was impacted by changes in the geographical distribution of income and certain discrete items. The effective tax rate in the second quarter of 2015 was impacted by the reduction in U.S. income resulting from expenses relating to legacy legal settlements.
